The Dyson Bolingbrook team is excellent. I brought in 2 units, a 10 yr old upright and a cordless vac. The team was fast and gave me options on what they could do. I ultimately purchased a new upright for a good discount.

Great customer service! I called “Dyson troubleshooting” before to explain what happened with my air wrap and they told me the warranty would not cover the damage, so I decided to bring it to the service center and they were able to help. I’m very happy with the outcome. Thank you!!

Awsome customer service! They are quick! Fixed my “broken to pieces” vacuum in 15 minutes with a brand new body and for less then $100. Also helped me choose some new products I wanted, gave me a little discount and even threw in a few little presents. Very happy with the service

I thought I had broken my Dyson. You have no idea how happy I was to find this store. The technician showed me how easy it was to put my vacuum back together and gave me tips for maintaining it. I was so excited I shared my experience with all my coworkers.

My family visited, and they kindly explained and fixed some simple issues with our Dyson vacuum. Since it was so quick and no new parts, no charge. We especially appreciate it considering Dyson products are not cheap. We will be going here for any future needs.

I was far more impressed than I expected to be. Fixed my vacuum in just a few minutes. It was remarkably busy for a vacuum repair shop on a Friday afternoon. Shop was super clean, modern, and stylish. Felt like I was going in to service a Tesla rather than something that snarfs dust. Staff was friendly, efficient, and extremely professional!
